· ½ Cup Butter
· ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
· ½ Cup Sugar
· 1 tsp. Baking Soda
· 1 tsp. Baking Powder
· 2 tsp. Vanilla
· 2 Eggs
· 2 2/3 Cup Flour
· 5 oz. Andes Mints, crushed
Preheat oven to 350. Blend first 8 ingredients then fold in Andes mints. Spoon out dough for cookies, form a ball, then slightly flatten. Bake on greased pan for approximately 8-10 minutes. Move to wire cooling rack. Enjoy!
