Blondie Brownies

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chocolate chips OR 1 c. butterscotch chips OR 1 c. white chocolate chips OR any combination of those three totaling 1 c. of chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter with sugars. Beat in eggs. Add cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Add chips and spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
