Vegetables:
2 C water
2 C diced potatoes
½ C diced carrots
½ C diced Celery
¼ C Chopped Onion
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
White Sauce:
¼ C Butter
¼ C flour
2 C milk
2 C grated cheese
1 C. Cubed ham
Boil vegetables in water until tender (10-20 minutes). Make white sauce by melting butter in a saucepan. Add milk, then whisk in flour. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add the white sauce to vegetables (may need to drain some water off the veggies). Add ham. Heat through. Serve and enjoy!
