· 9 C rice chex cereal
· 1 C Chocolate chips
· ½ C peanut butter
· ¼ C butter
· ¾ C powdered sugar
In a large bowl, place cereal. In another small bowl microwave baking chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 – 1 ½ minutes stirring every 30 sec until melted and smooth. Pour over cereal and stir until evenly coated. Place the cereal into a plastic bag, add powdered sugar. Seal and shake until coated.
For variations:
Add M&Ms, Sprinkles, other candies of your choice, or use White Chocolate instead of Milk Chocolate.
