Chopped Salad

  • 4 oz salad pasta of choice (1 cup)
  • 10 oz torn Romaine lettuce (8 cups)
  • 2 Cups cooked diced chicken
  • 1 medium tomato (seeded)and diced
  • 1 firm ripe avocado peeled and diced
  • 1/2 Cup sliced green onions with the tops
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crisp
  • 1/4 C. crumbled blue cheese(optional)
  • 1/2 C. Italian dressing1.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water using a large colander. Meanwhile chop lettuce into bite sized pieces. Dice Chicken, tomato and avocado and slice green onions. In a large serving bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, chicken, tomato, avocado, green onions, bacon and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve Immediately with a loaf of French Bread!
