Brown Roast Meat with Garlic Salt, Salt, & Pepper.
Put in Crock Pot and add 2 cans Cream of soup (your choice, I like Chicken) and 1 can Evaporated Milk
Slow Cook about 6 hours - until meat is tender!
½ hour before serving add 16 oz. Sour Cream.
Serve over Egg Noodles or Rice.
