German Pancakes

· ½ C. Flour
· ½ C. Milk
· ½ Cube Butter
· 3 Eggs

Melt butter in 9 x 13 casserole dish in the oven as it pre-heats to 425. Beat all other ingredients together. Slosh melted butter around the sides of the casserole dish. Then pour batter of other ingredients into butter and bake in center of oven for 20 minutes. It's normal for the pancakes to bake up the side of the dish and possibly even fold over... it's all part of yummy! Serve with your favorite pancake toppings: syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, etc.
