8 oz. Linguine
2 C. julienned, cooked Ham
1/4 C Butter
Dash of pepper
Dash of Nutmeg
1/4 C (or more as desired) Parmesan
1 C. Whipping Cream
3 Green Onions
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 T. dried Basil
Cook linguine. in a skillet, saute carrots and ham until carrots are tender. Add cream and green onions. Add Parmesan, basil, pepper, and nutmeg. Bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Rinse and drain linguine. Add to vegetable and ham mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkly with additional Parmesan Cheese.
