Home-Style Chicken Dinner

· 1 T. Butter
· 4 Chicken Breast Halves
· ½ tsp. Salt
· ¼ tsp. Pepper
· 2 C. Water
· 2 Envelopes Chicken Gravy Mix
· 1 (14 oz.) Bag Frozen Potatoes and Veggie Mix

Melt butter in skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in butter until done, remove and keep warm. Mix water and gravy mix in small bowl, pour into skillet. Stir in frozen veggies. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer about 5
minutes until veggies are done. Add chicken and heat through. Serve with rolls.
