Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

1/4 C Butter
1/8 tsp Dry Mustard
1 C Elbow Macaroni
3 T. Onion
Salt & Pepper
2 C Water
1 1/2 tsp Flour
3/4 C Milk
1 1/2 C grated Cheese

In a large skillet, melt the butter, then fry the dry mustard, macaroni, onion, and salt & pepper until the onion is somewhat soft. Add water and simmer 15-20 minutes until the macaroni is tender (you may need to add more water as necessary). Sprinkle with flour, stir in miolks, and then cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. You may also add cubed ham if desired!
