Salsa

1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 onion (can use more if desired)
1 green bell pepper
1/2 can green chilies
1 jalapeno (add seeds only if you want it hot)
1 T. Garlic Salt
1 T. Vinegar
Salt to taste

Chop or blendarize all vegetables to your desired consistency. It'll depend on how 'chunky' you like your salsa. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You can can this salsa (you'll probably want to double the recipe if you do), but I just like to keep mine fresh in the fridge.
