Sheet Brownies

  • 2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
  • 4 EGGS
  • 1 TSP VANILLA
  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/3 CUP COCOA
  • ½ TSP SALT

MIX SUGAR, BUTTER, EGGS, AND VANILLA. THEN ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. (MAY ADD NUTS IF DESIRED) MIX WELL. SPREAD INTO GREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 350* FOR 20 – 25 MINUTES. COOL AND SPREAD WITH FROSTING.

FROSTING

  • ¼ CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
  • 2 ½ CUPS POWDER SUGAR
  • 1/3 CUP COCOA
  • ¼ CUP MILK
  • 1 TSP VANILLA

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH. FROST COOLED BROWNIES. GARNISH WITH SPRINKLES OR CHOPPED NUTS.
