- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 1 (15 oz.) Can Pumpkin
- 2 eggs
Beat all ingredient together. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes – until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
