Poppy seed Chicken

  • 2 Cups Chicken (cooked and cubed)
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 /2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 T. Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed

1. Place chicken into a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle crackers over soup and sour cream mix. Drizzle melted butter over crackers. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
