- 5-6 lb. rack pork ribs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. season salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 C. ketchup
- 1 C. chili sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 T. dried, minced onion
- 1/2 T. Liquid Smoke
- 1 T. molasses
Place ribs into a large roasting/baking pan. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, season salt, and pepper. Rub onto the ribs. Top ribs with sliced onion and bake at 325 F for about 3 hours (until ribs are fully cooked).
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make the BBQ sauce. Drain fat from the ribs, and brush both sides of the ribs with 3/4 of the BBQ sauce. Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serve with the extra BBQ sauce for dipping!
