- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
- 1-2 C. cheese of choice
- 1/2 Cup prepared ranch dressing
- 1/4 Cup diced green chilies
- 1/2 Cup salsa
- 3-4 flour tortillas
Combine chicken, cheese, dressing, chilies, and salsa in a bowl. Place chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla and fold in half. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and/or more ranch dressing.
