Baked Ranch Quesadillas

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
  • 1-2 C. cheese of choice
  • 1/2 Cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1/4 Cup diced green chilies
  • 1/2 Cup salsa
  • 3-4 flour tortillas

Combine chicken, cheese, dressing, chilies, and salsa in a bowl. Place chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla and fold in half. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and/or more ranch dressing.
