French Bread

Mix:
· 2 C. Hot Water
· 3 T. Sugar
· 3 C. Flour
· 1 T. Salt
· ½ C. Oil
·
Add:
· 2-3 C. More Flour
· 2 T. Yeast

Stir every 10 minutes for 1 hour.

Divide into 3 loaves. Roll and place on cookie sheet. Cut slits and brush with beaten egg white. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 for 15-20 min.
