French Breakfast Puffs

· 1/3 C. Shortening
· ½ C. Sugar
· 1 Egg
· 1 ½ C. Flour
· ¼ tsp Nutmeg
· 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
· ½ tsp. Salt
· ½ C. milk

Mix all ingredient together and spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350. When finished baking, let cool for just a few minutes, then turn the muffing tin upside down and let the muffins fall out. Let cool just a few more minutes, you want them hot but cool enough to touch. Roll in ½ C melted butter, then in a mixture of ½ C sugar and 1 T. Cinnamon
