4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
1 Envelope Chicken Gravy Mix
Dash of Pepper to Taste
3 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small Onion, Chopped
2 C. Potatoes, cubed
1 C. Carrots, sliced
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a large baking dish or crock pot. In a separate bowl, mix all remaining ingredients, and pour mixture over the chicken breasts. If using a baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 325 degress for 3-4 hours. If using a crock pot, cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Could also add 1 bag of frozen peas, stalks of chopped celery, sliced mushrooms, and/or other veggies of your choice.
