Pesto Pita Wedges

½ C. Chopped Fresh Basil
1 T. Parmesan Cheese
¾ tsp. Black Pepper
4 Pita Breads

Preheat oven to 400. Combine the basil, parmesan, and pepper. Coat tops of pitas with no stick spray or oil. Spread the basil mixture evenly over the tops of the pitas. Coat with spray. Cut each pita into 8 wedges, transfer to baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
