Pumpkin Swirl Carrot Bars

· 2 C. Flour
· 2 ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
· 2 tsp baking powder
· 1 tsp baking soda
· 1 c sugar
· 1/3 c butter
· ½ c brown sugar
· 2 egg whites
· 2 eggs
· 1 can pumpkin
· 1 c. finely shred carrots

Combine first 4 ing. Beat next 3 ing until crumbly. Add eggs, egg whites, pumpkin and carrots, beat. Add flour mixture, mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Drop teaspoonfuls of cream cheese topping over batter; swirl mix w/ spoon. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

· Beat 4 oz cream cheese,
· ¼ c sugar
· 1 T. milk
