Sugar Cookies

1 C Shortening
2 Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 C Flour
1 C Sour Milk ((1 C Regular milk + 1 T Vinegar))

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight or atleast two hours - the longer the better! Roll out onto a floured and cut out into desired shaped using cookie cutters. Place shapes carefully onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cool, frost, decorate, and enjoy!
