Easy Cheesy Noodles

  • 1 box Large Shell Noodles
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheese of your Choice
    (I use Cheddar and Mozzarella)
  • 1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce

Boil noodles until al dente (still a little stiff but almost done). Drain noodles and rinse with cold water until they are cool enough to touch. Fill each noodle with a handful of cheese. Place open side up in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce over all the noodles. Cover with tin foil and bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
