Ice Cream Balls

• 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 Cup peanut butter
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 T. sugar
• 1/2 gallon Ice Cream

Mix first four ingredients together. Form ice cream into balls and roll in crumb mixture. Freeze. Serve with chocolate sauce. Makes 12 to 15 balls.
