Jalapeno Poppers

  • 12 Jalapenos
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 lb. bacon – cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

Slice jalapenos in half and clean out as many seeds as you like – the more seeds, the hotter. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and bacon. Fill the jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture. Dip the jalapenos in milk, then in flour. Let dry. Repeat dipping and let dry again. Dip in milk, then in bread crumbs. Let dry. Repeat dipping and let dry again. Fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes.
