Creamy Italian Chicken

  • 4-5 boneless skinless breasts
  • 1 stick (or 1/2 c) butter, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut in 1" cubes
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion

Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9x13 pan and bake at 375 for about an hour or place in crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours. If desired, serve over rice or pasta.
