- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can beef broth
- 1/3 Cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 cube butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, make sauce by combining both cream soups, beef broth, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Place chicken in a baking dish, cover with sauce, then drizzle with butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about an hour at 350. Top with cashews and cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
