Carmelized Beef Skewers

  • 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 cup your favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Mix together all ingredients in a plastic (Ziplock) bag. Marinate at least one hour – the longer the better. Heat outside grill to medium-high heat. Thread meat onto 8 skewers. Grill 3 minutes on each side (or until meat is done according to your preferences), brushing occasionally with marinate mixture.
