· ¾ C. Sugar
· 1/3 C. Flour
· 2 C. Milk
· 2 (1 oz.) squares chocolate, chopped
· 3 egg yolks
· 2 T. Butter
· 1 tsp. Vanilla
· 1 Baked Pie Crust
Combine sugar, flour, milk, and chopped chocolate in saucepan. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Continue stirring for 2 minutes. Mix a little of the hot mixture into the egg yolks, beating rapidly. Stir the warm yolk mix into the remainder of the choc. Mix, and cook for an additional 90 sec. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour filling into pie shell and chill until set. Top with whipped topping and a little grated chocolate.
