- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup soft butter
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 Cup cocoa
- 60 Rolo candies, unwrapped
Mix sugars and margarine until creamed. Add vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix. Chill dough about 30 minutes. Divide dough into cookie size pieces. Wrap each ball of dough around Rolos, sealing cracks. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 on greased cookie sheet. Drizzle with glaze when cool.
Glaze:
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 2 T. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Whisk all ingredients together.
